A world premier for two new Mozart works

It was hardly surprising that the Mozart Residence on the Makartplatz in Salzburg was crowded with international camera teams and reporters on August 2nd, to hear the first performance of two previously unknown keyboard compositions by the young Mozart. Elizabeth Mortimer was there and discovered that the work of a musicologist- has certain similarities with that of a detective.
