Bayern Munich stars at Oktoberfest
After extending their lead at the top of the German Bundesliga, Bayern Munich's players toasted the weekend at their annual Oktoberfest visit. The players were joined by fanatical supporters, locals and their families.
Prost from Pep!
Bayern Munich head coach Pep Guardiola enjoyed a beer to celebrate his side's dominant start to the campaign. Pep was joined by his wife Cristina, but didn't stay long: he later flew out to Turin to watch Champions League opponents Roma in action.
The local boy
Here's Thomas Müller, born in the tiny Bavarian town of Weilheim in Oberbayern, with his wife Lisa at the Wiesenschänke tent run by club partners and brewers Paulaner.
A family affair
Bayern captain Philipp Lahm isn't a stranger to Bavarian culture and festivities. The World Cup winner toasted Oktoberfest with wife Claudia and son Julian.
The late arrival
You can't miss Manuel Neuer - on or off the pitch. He made a late entrance to Oktoberfest after catching a train. He maybe could have found a better way to find his seat, though.
Welcome to Munich!
Xabi Alonso's early days in Munich have been dazzling, to say the least. He's made an immediate impact and looks to have found home in Germany after arriving from Real Madrid.
Lewandowski on song
Polish striker Robert Lewandowski looks to have found form at Bayern. He scored two goals for Bayern on Saturday. So, he deserved to round-off the weekend with a beer, joined by his girlfriend Anna Stachurska.
