Clandestine clinics in Lebanon treat Syrian protesters

The Syrian uprising has cost an estimated twelve thousand lives so far in the past 12 months. But what of the many more injured by the conflict? Many of those have been unable to get treatment in Syrian hospitals, for fear of getting arrested or worse inside clinics. Many Assad critics have been forced to flee to neighboring Lebanon for treatment. Don Duncan has the story from Northern Lebanon.
