Colonial Belgium's forced adoptions

During Belgian colonial rule in Congo, Burundi and Rwanda, some 20,000 children with Belgian fathers were taken from their mothers and placed in adoptive families or homes in Belgium. DW spoke with one woman who looks back at a painful past.
