Concern mounts in Kenya over plans to deploy police to Haiti

Kenya’s president, William Ruto, has agreed to send hundreds of Kenyan police officers to Haiti to quell the gang violence there. But his plan is far from popular. Some critics are likening the police officers to mercenaries.
