As with the votes in 2000, 2004 and now 2008 - the accuracy of ballot tallying is already being called into question - with American democracy activists and reform organizations drawing attention to a lack of reliability and transparency in the electronic voting process. To add to those tensions - current president George Bush threw a political wild card on the table on Friday, when he asked Attorney General Michael Mukasey to investigate the status of 200,000 Ohio voters. Close elections always underscore the importance of overseas ballots. We talked to an American voter in Berlin - one of an estimated two to three million eligible voters living overseas.
