After lengthy negotiations a day earlier, EU leaders and Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu reportedly agreed a deal in Brussels on Friday which looks to ease the Union's refugee crisis.
Finnish Premier Juha Sipila wrote on Twitter: "The Turkey deal was approved."
Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka also confirmed the "landmark deal."
Speaking on condition of anonymity, an EU source told DPA news agency that the deal would see migrants being returned from Greece to Turkey as of Sunday.
