Angela Merkel has welcomed European leaders to Berlin ahead of a summit on massive youth umemployment figures haunting Europe. More than half of the under 25-year-olds are now without work in Greece and Spain. Before the meeting Merkel described youths without jobs as "perhaps the most pressing problem facing Europe" and warned that it couldn't be solved by money alone.
