Germany's song

Germans dialed in on Friday night to cast their votes for the song Lena Meyer-Landrut will represent Germany with in the Eurovision Song Context in Düsseldorf this May. Of the six songs that Lena performed, "Taken by a Stranger," was the clear favorite, winning 79 percent of the vote.
The song had already been tipped to win and Lena's mentor and jury president Stefan Raab said it had "that certain something."
"The song is unconventional; it's bold," Raab said. "It's very revolutionary for Eurovision."
19-year-old Lena is the defending champion, after winning last year with the catchy "Satellite" in Oslo, Norway. It was the first win for Germany in 28 years. The then-schoolgirl from Hanover was given the opportunity to represent the country that time after winning a national casting show.
This year there was no such competition, prompting some criticism.
