There's a legal battle rumbling here in Germany. It surrounds the eurozone's new rescue fund. Germany is the biggest contributor. But several suits have been filed at the Constitutional Court to test the fund's legality. The judges have begun looking into whether the German president can sign this legislation into law. It covers what's known as the European Stability Mechanism, or E-S-M, and the fiscal pact on budget discipline.
