Inside Europe - the Germans go crazy for kale

Kale is one of the most talked about green vegetables on the planet - packed full of nutrients and cancer-fighting properties. In northwest Germany, an entire season is named after the cabbage. Stewed kale is a favourite. For the people of this region, the best way to prepare for this hearty meal is a long walk in the cold, playing games and drinking schnapps. Louise Gorman reports.
