It has been nearly three years since the Basque separatist group ETA laid down its weapons and announced a ceasefire, bringing to an end over 40 years of terrorist violence which claimed the lives of hundreds of people. Although the northern Basque region is now living in peace, many people believe it has still not closed the wounds of the years of violence. Guy Hedgecoe reports.
