Despair on the Serb-Hungarian border

Hungary's government has been criticized for its tough anti-migrant laws, enacted after a record influx of people to Europe last year. The country has also built a vast fence on its southern border with Serbia to try and keep migrants out. Amnesty International researcher Todor Gardos speaks to Inside Europe about his recent visit to the border.
