Inside Europe: Erdogan's 'crazy project'

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is planning what is dubbed in Turkey as the construction project of the decade: a huge canal connecting Turkey's Marmara Sea and Black Sea. It will provide an alternative route to the Bosphorus, one of the world's busiest waterways, which divides Istanbul. But it's provoking outrage in Istanbul. Dorian Jones reports on what Erdogan calls his "crazy project."
