Many Britons are rushing to obtain residency within other EU countries in case the UK exits face. But the strict criteria means they often don’t qualify for EU residency. Estonia, however, might offer a way out of that bind with e-residency permits. DW talks to e-Residency programme director Kaspar Korjus to find out more.
