Inside Europe: Estonia's e-Residency program looks ahead

Estonia is something of an IT superpower – it’s the birthplace of Skype and claims to offer its entire population free WiFi. It’s also one of the leaders in secure, encrypted communication with the authorities - Estonians can pay taxes and vote online using smart ID cards. Now the country offers a taste of that online future to everyone, through its e-Residency programme. Rob Cameron reports.
