Italy's coalition government has come under mounting criticism from human rights groups, including Amnesty International, for what they say is the erosion of protections for asylum seekers and a rise in xenophobic rhetoric. They're particularly concerned about a new law dubbed the Salvini Decree, championed by the country's populist interior minister, Matteo Salvini. Megan Williams reports.
