Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are getting ready to begin construction on their largest infrastructure project since all three countries gained independence at the beginning of the '90's. Rail Baltica is a high-speed railway which will connect the Baltic states to Warsaw and possibly extend to Helsinki too.
