Slovakia bans foreign anthems 'by mistake'

Slovakia's outgoing president, Andrej Kiska, has vetoed a controversial law that banned other countries' national anthems being sung at public events. MPs from the country's sizeable ethnic Hungarian minority were among those calling for the veto — after it emerged that many of their own number had voted for the law "by mistake."
