EU parliamentary elections take place in three weeks. The top job, EU Commission President, is up for grabs. The presidential candidates gathered during the week in the Dutch city of Maastricht to debate the economy, climate change, social policy and other issues. Keith Walker speaks with POLITICO Europe's political editor, Ryan Heath, who moderated the event. Ryan first outlines the main issues.
