Kashmir reopens to tourists after 2 months under lockdown

Two months after PM Narendra Modi's government scrapped the region's special status, New Delhi now says it's again allowing tourists to visit Kashmir. Some tourists who arrived in the valley complain of communication blockade, but say they feel safe.
