Europe has some of the strictest food regulations in the world — but the agency who assesses food safety, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) remains mostly unknown. DW correspondent Dave Keating travelled to the agency's headquarters in Italy, where he discovered that the choices we make don't always match up with what the science says.
