More violence in Iraq as US troops withdraw from towns and cities

A car bomb tore through a market in the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk on Tuesday, killing at least 30 people. The attack came as US troops withdrew from Iraq's main cities. President Barack Obama has hailed the withdrawal of American forces from Iraqi urban centers as an "important milestone". But he's warned the move does not guarantee an end to insurgent attacks.
