Crimea: NATO won't intervene

Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko had called on NATO for help, but the alliance has rebuffed him, saying it already has a strong patrol presence in the region. Ukraine's PM has been in Berlin, seeking support from Chancellor Angela Merkel.
