NATO's Secretary General calls for broader ties with China, India and Russia

The Munich Security Conference has drawn to a close with participants focusing on the future of NATO and security in Afghanistan. NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen warned that threats to Europe and North America could come from many parts of the globe and called for greater cooperation with other world powers.
