China has condemned the protests that disrupted the Olympic torch relay in London and Paris, describing them as despicable. And Beijing also says it's determined that the relay will be continued to the end. For its part, the executive board of the International Olympic Committee has announced that it will, later this week, discuss scrapping the torch relays for future Games. Meanwhile, the protests have move on to the next stop for this year's torch -- San Fransisco.
