Putin critic Volkov defiant after attack

Lithuania has blamed the Kremlin for an attack on a close ally of the late Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny. Activist Leonid Volkov was attacked outside his home in Vilnius by an assailant with a meat tenderizer.
