Norway's Conservative Party has agreed to form a minority coalition with the right-wing Progress Party, after a Labour-led center-left coalition lost general elections last month. So why have Norwegian voters turned right, two years after extreme-right terrorist Anders Behring Breivik’s attacks on the Labour Party government and its youth camp?
