South Korean tech giant Samsung has sold stakes in four technology companies to free up money as the Galaxy Note 7 recall starts to burn. Samsung is pulling 2.5 million of these smartphones off the shelves worldwide due to the risk of exploding batteries. It's the smartphone industry's biggest recall to date.
