Spaniards head to the polls on Sunday... and current prime minister, José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, has called on voters to turn out in high numbers. Opinion polls only give Zapatero a narrow lead over his conservative challenger. As the campaign heads into its final days, immigration issues have proven to be an important topic, as well as rising unemployment.
