Switzerland's, right-wing People's Party, the SVP, has withdrawn from the country’s coalition government. The move comes a day after the party's leading figure Christoph Blocher was ousted from the Swiss cabinet. Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf, seen as a more moderate member of the SVP, has since been sworn in as Blocher's replacement as justice minister.
