The forgotten Afghan evacuees in Albania's resort towns

The Balkan country took in thousands of Afghans fleeing the Taliban takeover. For many, it was intended as a temporary stopover before heading to the US or Canada, but, for some, such as Arash Noori, their transfers have failed to materialize.
