The members of the Arctic 30 received surprise bail orders in Russian courts this week. Nevertheless, it remains unclear whether or not the activists will be allowed to return home before trial, or will even be set free. The relatives of those detained are waiting anxiously as news filters out. Inside Europe spoke with Steve Ball - a brother of one of the activists - about what it's been like.
