It's the second attack to hit Damascus in two weeks. And again the Syrian government says a suicide bomber was to blame. At least 25 people were killed and more than 40 wounded when the blast hit a busy intersection in the centre of the city. The attack came just as Arab League monitors prepare to report back on Syria's crackdown on protesters.
