One EU nation has been particularly vehement in its demands for a budget freeze - the United Kingdom. So much so, in fact, that the UK is considering leaving the bloc entirely, because the Brits feel Brussels is just taking their money. Our UK correspondent Lars Bevanger joins us from Manchester.
