US General David Petraeus -- the top American commander in Iraq is urging a cautious approach to any troop withdrawals in the country. Petraeus presented his latest report to the US Congress - and recommended that troop withdrawals stop after an initial pullout of 20,000 troops. The General's report follows a recent increase in violence in Iraq.
