The Internet platform Mega-upload WAS a popular place to download movies and music and other content for free. Until yesterday. US authorities shut down th massive file-sharing website and charged seven people with crimes related to copyright violations, including the founder - Kim Schmitz. Mega-upload is accused of costing copyright holders more than 500 million US dollars in lost revenue.
