The project called "Non-standardized Library" offers free books and generates a space for open-air study sessions. Many young people see the site as a good alternative for studying in times of pandemic.

The open-air library is located under a footbridge, between a taxi rank and the railway line in Luanda, Angola. Activists set up a library here a couple of weeks ago. The project is called "Non-standardized Library". It has no conventional features and no walls. Students can read in the open air. The noise of cars and trains doesn't seem to be a problem. The library has over 100 books. People can donate books and disinfectants.
