With oil prices not far off 100 dollars a barrel, there's a sense of urgency at this year's World Energy Congress in Rome. The meeting brings together world leaders and corporate executives. They're discussing how to reduce energy consumption, as well as how to introduce green technology faster, and how to maintain economic growth while reducing harmful emissions.
