It's been two years since "Islamic State" (IS) rapidly gained ground in Iraq. Until today IS has appealed to extremists all over the world — and has even reached out to the Philippines. There, a terror group called Abu Sayyaf started in the 1990s with help from al-Qaida. But as Michael Sullivan reports from Manila, they now appear to be switching allegiance.
