Turkish forces took control of the Kurdish town of Afrin last month, aiming to curb Kurdish power close to the border. Further east, in the city of Kobani, a semblance of normality is returning — three years after a lengthy battle against "Islamic State." But many still feel the need to be ready. Filip Warwick spoke with weapons dealers about how the city has moved on, and what the future holds.
