保釣人士可能被遣返

14名保釣人士被日方拘捕押送到沖繩。媒體分析日方為緩和矛盾,可能將這14人遣返。顧忌到雙方的緊密經貿關係,兩國都會謹慎行事,但民意摻雜可能將增加不確定因素。

(德國之聲中文網) 周三(8月15日)前往釣魚島(日本稱尖閣諸島)並被日方拘捕的14名中國保釣人士有可能將被日本遣返,以避免中日間的矛盾進一步激化。但是媒體分析稱,對立升級的風險依舊存在。

由於歷史原因,中國與日本間長期以來存在摩擦。現今在地區爭奪資源與影響力,進一步加深了兩國間的隔閡。東海海域蘊藏有大片天然氣田,圍繞釣魚島等相關島嶼,中日兩國已經展開了多年的拉鋸。

此番保釣人士登島,也特意選擇了8月15日這一具有特殊意義的日子。67年前的這一天,日本天皇發布停戰詔書,宣佈向盟軍無條件投降,結束第二次世界大戰。

除了東海上的釣魚島,中國與東南亞各國還在南海領土劃分上存在爭執。隨著中國海軍日益強大,周邊國家也愈發擔心;而國內民意也很可能促使中國採取強硬的對外戰略。

據日本媒體報導,周三前往釣魚島的14名保釣人士中,有7人登上了島嶼,並將一面中國國旗豎立在岩石上。日媒稱,如果這些人沒有其他違法行為,日本當局很可能會將這些保釣人士遣返。

在外交層面上,兩國也都作出了強烈反應。日本政府召見了中國大使表示抗議;而中國外交部則要求日方立刻無條件釋放被捕中國公民。分析認為,在十八大召開前夕,中共在對內維穩的同時,對日態度也會應民意而趨於強硬。

中國官媒措辭強硬 民間反日情緒高漲

中國官方的《人民日報》發表措辭強硬的社論:"是怎樣一種心理讓日本失去了自我約束力,頻頻挑戰中國維護領土主權的堅定意志?無論歷史問題上拒絕反省,還是現實問題上蠻橫無理,都是我行我素、其奈我何的心理作怪,頗有幾分"偏執"和"無畏"。一旦"偏執"和"無畏"走向極點,會有什麼樣的舉動?歷史不容忘記。"

在日本駐京使館前,便衣警察與防暴武警高度戒備。中國政府目前面臨著巨大民意壓力,許多網民都要求政府採取強硬措施向日本施壓,迫使其釋放保釣人士。

一名在使館附近的年輕路人在接受路透社採訪時表示,應當使用軍事手段來保衛領土權益。

日本駐香港領館前,也有約30人舉行抗議。立法委員葉國謙表示,日本無權在中國領土上拘捕中國公民。

日本首相野田佳彥同樣也面臨著國內民意的壓力,要求其採取強硬的外交姿態。一個由議員及其他民間人士資助的團體,正在計劃本周末前往爭議島嶼周邊水域。日本政府則拒絕向該團體授予登島許可。此前,日本政府試圖購買尖閣諸島,將其國有化。

東京都知事、著名民族主義政治家石原慎太郎則建議首相親自訪問爭議島嶼。他說,如果首相在這個時候不去,只能說明他懶惰。

但是,考慮到中日兩國間緊密的經濟合作關係,雙方很可能將保持克制,防止矛盾升級。日本東京大學教授高原明生表示,如果發生軍事衝突,對雙方都不利;兩國現在都想盡快穩定局勢,但是一旦摻雜了民意,有些事情就不是政治家所能掌控。高原明生強調,中日兩國都需要謹慎作出反應。

然而,就在8月15日同一天,兩名日本內閣成員不顧周邊國家的強烈反對,參拜了供奉二戰戰犯牌位的靖國神社,紀念在戰爭中陣亡的日本將士。
