中国官媒早前消息，中共中央办公厅主任易人，原主任令计划调职。香港《南华早报》报道，今年3月令计划之子的法拉利车祸丑闻，使胡锦涛的政治盟友令计划政途受阻，胡锦涛阵营受挫。
